Sarah Wood

I teach a blend of traditional Vinyasa Yoga with some modern movement woven in to help my students sustain or reclaim their full range of motion and to prepare the body for more challenging asana explorations. I also like to provide a container of mindfulness using the breath as a point of focus and adding relaxation and meditation practices to help settle the nervous system and quiet a busy, distracted mind. 

I currently teach at Culture Fitness in Halswell, Christchurch.
