Catalina Dost

I started practicing yoga asana on and off as a teenager. But it wasn’t until I moved to Aotearoa/New Zealand in 2016 when I began to practice regularly. I quickly fell in love with Vinyasa. There is just something about moving in harmony with the breath… 

Although drawn to the physical aspect initially, I soon noticed the emotional and mental benefits that yoga brings.

Eager to take the practice further I completed my first 200h yoga teacher training in early 2021. That was only the beginning to an on-going journey of continuously seeking for more knowledge of this ancient practice, anatomy and physiology. And to share it with the community. 

As a certified vinyasa, yin & restorative teacher and a yoga therapist trainee, I aim to create a space where body, mind and breath are seen as one and not separate from each other. Arriving in the present moment, getting to know your own body, adjusting the practice to your own needs.
