Yoga has travelled through life with me since childhood, like a long-term friend who is always there when you need them.

Hatha, Yin and Restorative yoga are my main practices with a focus on connecting to and deepening a conscious awareness of breath, movement, strength and stillness.
Coupled with an understanding of the transformation that yoga can bring to lives, I am constantly inspired as I watch people discover a way to build confidence, resilience and joy into their day.

I love sharing and incorporating my years of health experience, anatomical and injury knowledge along with my yoga knowledge into creating classes that are supportive of functional movement not just for now, but for life.

Since completing the IYTA (NZ) Introduction to Yoga Certificate and Yoga Alliance International 200hr Certificate Courses, my constantly curious mind has led me to complete Yin Yoga training courses with Joe Barnett along with numerous workshop and online trainings.

There is always more the learn, to know and to share.

As part of my yoga journey, I was also privileged to be part of the Kindred Yoga Teacher Training team, supporting the development of new teacher trainees and yogi’s wishing to deepen their own practice or share the gift of guiding others.

Yoga weaves its magic into every part of life – it’s not just about what happens on the mat, in the studio.
